Ingredients:
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work well)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
2 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen, thawed and drained)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, spinach, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
